Doula

My goal as your birth doula is to help empower you as a woman to connect with your divine feminine energy. To embrace the wisdom of your ancestors to have the birth of your dreams. Throughout your pregnancy, labor and birth, we will use the necessary tools to provide you the birth of your dreams. I do not replace partners in birth spaces, I can step in for a moment if needed. My ultimate goal is to show you both the proper tools to navigate pregnancy, labor and birth as a team. I am always right by to assist or make gentle suggestion. I take great pride in providing adequate care to my moms, their preparation for labor, birth and the fourth trimester is imperative. Adding me to your birth team as your doula will allow you to receive that support from conception to the fourth trimester. I am your personal hype girl, reassurance and comfort all in one. As your doula, I will be your pregnancy + birth bestie, because you should ultimately feel that way. Providing evidence based physiological birth care is my specialty, and together we will set you up for a happy self and healthy baby and birth. 

As your birthing guide, I will hold space for you every step of the way through pregnancy, labor and birth. Together we will peacefully and thoughtfully welcome your Tiny Human earth side.
